Arrange a contribution before moving it.
Please do not leave goods at an address or send a shipment without confirmation. We first review the items, condition, quantity, location and practical handling requirements.
Pickup may be considered where suitable resources and transport capacity are available. Tell us about size, stairs, loading access, timing and any assistance needed. We will confirm the actual arrangement and any agreed costs in writing.
Approved delivery instructions identify the receiving contact, reference, location, window and packing requirements. A mailing address is not an open donation center.

Before you move anything
Have the item details, approximate dimensions or load size, general location and preferred timing ready. Tell us about stairs, loading access, packaging or handling needs.
Wait for written confirmation of what can be accepted and how it should move. Check the receiving contact, destination, time window, reference and any agreed costs.
If the items or arrangements change, ask before proceeding. An earlier conversation, a mailing address or a submitted offer is not permission to leave goods or dispatch freight.
Plan safe handling and clear responsibilities
Freight and collection require approval for the actual load and route. Agree beforehand what happens if an item cannot be accepted, including who is responsible for return or other arrangements.
Discuss safe lifting, suitable handling equipment and qualified help where needed. Do not disconnect appliances or utilities unless appropriately qualified and authorized.
Collection, delivery areas, receiving times and costs depend on the confirmed arrangement. Pickup is not guaranteed or universally free.
