Each published need explains its purpose, specification, location and current status. You may be able to offer the resource itself or help with preparation, safe delivery, instruction or funding.

An offer is reviewed before acceptance. A commitment is not marked as received until it is verified. When a need is fulfilled or paused, we update its status.

Read the status before offering

Open means support is still being sought. Partly committed means some resources have been pledged but a gap remains. Fully committed means the published requirement has been pledged, not necessarily received.

Received means the relevant receipt has been verified. Completed means the need has reached its recorded completion stage. Check the description and review date for context.

Use the action on the specific need so its reference stays with your inquiry. If your contribution is different from the published request, explain the difference rather than assuming it can be accepted.

Before arranging a contribution

Wait for written acceptance and delivery instructions before sending goods or arranging transport. A form submission does not confirm receipt, fulfillment or collection.
