Offer Goods or Resources
Have something useful to give?
Suitable clothing, household essentials, furniture, learning materials, technology, tools and business resources may help meet a practical need. New, open-box and suitable secondhand items can all be considered.
Tell us what you can offer and where it is. We will review whether it fits an actual need and how it could be received safely.
We review safety, usefulness, donor restrictions, recipient needs and handling costs before accepting an offer. Food, healthcare equipment, vehicles, property and mixed-condition loads require additional review. Please do not ship or drop off items until FWF confirms the arrangements.
How an offer moves forward
Describe the items, quantity, condition and broad location in the form below.
We review fit, safety and handling requirements. Photos or an inventory may help later; accessible alternatives can be discussed.
Agree acceptance and logistics in writing, including responsibility for costs and any items that cannot be accepted.
Follow the confirmed handover instructions. Please do not add unreviewed items.
No exact address, manifest or photo is required at this first step. Please do not include passwords or private records.
Need another way to ask? Contact FWF. For services, facilities, transport or complex gifts, propose a contribution.
Goods we can review
These categories are invitations to make an offer, not automatic acceptance. Review depends on a real need, safe condition and a confirmed receiving arrangement. Please wait for written acceptance and delivery instructions.

Clothing and footwear
Offer clean, usable clothing, coats, workwear or footwear suited to an identified need. Tell us the type, quantity and condition. Include sizes, season and any sorting needed. Items must be clean and free from pests; ask separately about new undergarments.
Household and family essentials
Offer suitable bedding, kitchenware, basic household goods or unopened family essentials. A brief list and condition details help us review the offer. Items need to be complete, safe and useful. Child-safety equipment requires review of its history and any recalls.
Furniture, fixtures and appliances
Tell us about suitable household or office furniture, storage or selected appliances. Include size, condition and access information before collection is discussed. Collection, stair removal, and gas or electrical disconnection are not automatically available.
Technology and digital equipment
Offer suitable computers, monitors, tablets, networking equipment or accessories. Tell us the model, quantity and working condition. Identify ownership, account locks, recalls and support needs. Discuss safe data removal before transfer; never send passwords or credentials.
Education, learning and creative materials
Books, classroom supplies, STEM materials, art resources, instruments and suitable sports equipment can be considered against a real learning or community need. Include the language, age group, condition and any use restrictions. Cultural or heritage materials require clear provenance and lawful transfer.
Food and agricultural surplus
Offer suitable food with enough information to assess safe handling and useful distribution. Please wait for a confirmed receiving arrangement before delivery. Include product, quantity, packaging, allergens, dates, storage and transport needs. Fresh, chilled or prepared food requires appropriate handling capacity. Do not offer spoiled or contaminated food or expired infant formula.
Healthcare and accessibility equipment
Discuss suitable mobility aids, selected equipment or appropriate unopened supplies through specialist review. Include condition, instructions, cleaning, testing and maintenance needs. Medicines, sharps, biohazardous materials and used single-use supplies are not accepted through ordinary goods intake.
Tools and construction materials
Offer safe, identifiable tools, vocational equipment, fixtures or usable improvement materials for a defined project. Include intended use, condition, storage and any operator, installation or permit requirements. This is not a route for demolition waste or unidentified chemicals.
Overstock, returns and institutional assets
Share an inventory of suitable surplus, display models, open-box items or screened returns, with condition and timing. Include reasons for returns, ownership, recalls, restrictions and any handling costs. Damaged packaging alone does not establish that a product is safe.
Other practical contributions
Offer a service, permitted software license, space or transport. Explain availability, scope and any costs or conditions. For vehicles, property, estate assets or an unusual contribution, start a confidential gift discussion before transfer. Businesses can also explore resource partnerships.
