If possible, include the page or document, the task you were trying to complete and the barrier you encountered. You can say how you would prefer to receive a response or information.

You do not need to describe a diagnosis. For participation in a particular activity, name the activity and explain the practical adjustment you would like considered.

An accessibility question can be raised before applying or committing. Program accommodations depend on the activity and confirmed arrangements. Please discuss functional requirements before making a commitment so the relevant team can review what is feasible.
