International Giving and Local Partnerships

Support communities where your resources can be useful.

You do not need to be based in the United States to start a conversation with FWF. Individuals, companies and institutions can offer resources already available locally, remote expertise, financial support or a partnership idea.

Depending on the opportunity, an arrangement may involve use in the United States, an approved local handover elsewhere, local purchasing, remote services or a planned cross-border shipment.

We confirm the community need, receiving organization, ownership, responsibilities and applicable requirements before proceeding. A U.S. charitable identity does not establish local registration, import permission or a tax benefit in every country.

Discuss International Support · Offer Resources

Start with the place and the need

Tell us where the resource is now, where it might be useful and who would receive or help deliver it. If you do not know the best route, say so in the inquiry.

Local contribution, local purchasing and remote expertise may be worth considering before a cross-border shipment. The suitable route depends on the actual need, cost, recipient capacity and requirements.

Do not arrange export, freight, customs clearance or a handover in FWF’s name until responsibilities and approvals are confirmed. An introduction to a local organization does not establish an FWF branch or permission to represent the foundation.
