Business Donations and Resources
Put useful business resources to a new purpose.
An office move, equipment upgrade, inventory change or product donation can be an opportunity to support a documented community need. Businesses can also contribute funding, expertise, transport, storage or ongoing capacity.
Share the resource, location, quantity, condition, timing and any restrictions. For a larger load, an itemized inventory helps us assess suitability and costs. We do not agree to clear every item simply because a deadline is urgent.
For recurring support, we can explore an agreed process that reduces repeated paperwork while preserving review of each offer and delivery.

Tell us what kind of support you mean
Surplus and equipment: describe usable stock, an office or technology refresh, or an identifiable load. Include quantities, condition and the time available for a decision.
Skills and capacity: propose a defined staff contribution, professional service, facility, transport or storage arrangement, with its limits and any continuing costs.
Funding and sponsorship: explain the program or need of interest and any proposed restrictions, reporting or recognition. A sponsorship discussion is different from a goods offer or a purchase.
Ongoing support: describe the pattern you have in mind. Each arrangement still needs clear acceptance and delivery responsibilities; a recurring relationship does not make every future load acceptable.
Resources we can discuss
Office refresh: usable furniture, equipment and supplies with quantities, condition and timing.
Overstock and returns: identifiable inventory with condition, restrictions and any mixed or incomplete items explained.
Construction surplus: useful tools and materials, subject to suitability, safe handling and a documented need.
Hospitality: suitable equipment, furnishings or practical capacity with clear condition and logistics.
Food: describe the product, quantity, handling requirements and time constraints. Wait for acceptance before arranging delivery.
Technology: suitable devices and equipment with condition, compatibility and data-removal responsibilities discussed before handover.
Services: qualified expertise, staff time, space, transport or storage for an agreed purpose. Explore services and capacity.
Multinational support: identify the resource location and intended use, with restrictions and responsibilities discussed before any international movement.
Keep the arrangement clear
Tell us whether your proposal is a donation, a discount, procurement, advertising or a paid service. These are different arrangements and need their own review. An inquiry does not confirm acceptance, collection, a purchase or a sponsorship commitment.
Do not send or drop off goods before receiving written acceptance and delivery instructions.
