Real Estate Giving
Explore a property contribution.
A property gift can support a charitable purpose, but it also carries responsibilities. Homes, land, commercial premises and other property interests require careful review before acceptance.
Tell us the property type, general location, proposed contribution and appropriate contact. FWF will consider suitability, ownership, restrictions, debt, environmental concerns, occupancy, carrying costs and a responsible use or sale plan with appropriate advisers.
An inquiry does not transfer ownership or establish acceptance. Please do not submit deeds or sensitive financial records through an ordinary contact form.
Start with a brief description
Share the property type, country and city or region, the contribution you have in mind and any known issues in general terms. If you are offering temporary use rather than ownership, make that clear so the appropriate route can be considered.
Keep deeds, mortgage records, tax documents, identity documents and private financial records out of the initial inquiry. Any necessary records should be exchanged later through an agreed method.

Review and approval before transfer
A property proposal requires the appropriate authorized decision and qualified legal and accounting review. Responsibilities, costs, restrictions and the intended use or sale plan must be understood before any acceptance or transfer.
Work with your own qualified advisers and wait for confirmed arrangements before taking action. No outcome or timing is guaranteed by an inquiry.
Offering space or facilities?
For temporary space, training facilities or another practical capacity contribution, start with the services route.
