Explore upcoming cohorts

Applications are accepted throughout the year. Apply for the US Executive Leadership Immersion and select this program in the application form. Admission and requested dates are confirmed separately after review. Your initial application does not reserve a place; no payment is requested or due.

Six expected annual cohorts: January–February (one), April–May (two), July–August (two), and October–November (one). Each cohort lasts five weeks within its window; two cohorts in a window are separate cohorts.

Request a start date at least 90 calendar days ahead for application processing and related arrangements. This is a minimum planning lead time, not a promise of admission, a visa decision, travel readiness or a completed process within 90 days. Earlier applications are welcome; if a window is too close, request a later cohort.

These are expected annual windows, not confirmed start or end dates. Exact dates, US locations and availability will be issued for each cohort. Choosing a window does not reserve a place. The 90-day lead time is counted backward from the proposed start date, not from the end of the program.

Expected annual windows: January–February (one cohort), April–May (two), July–August (two), and October–November (one). Apply at least 90 calendar days before the proposed start. Exact start and end dates will be confirmed for each five-week cohort.

The program is an independent offer. No earlier FWF program is required. Cohort dates, locations, hosts, contributors and travel arrangements will be confirmed before enrollment.

Field inquiry and mentored development

One cohort team leader and four mentors support 20 participants in four groups of five.

How the five weeks fit together

The sample design opens with five residency days devoted to leadership, evidence, strategy, operating models, governance and responsible innovation. The middle weeks combine prepared engagements with protected analysis and project time. The final week brings the evidence together into a practical recommendation, individual briefing and completion review.

A cohort team leader and four mentors work with 20 participants in four groups of five. Scheduled individual conversations and small-group studios help maintain continuity as the field context changes. Guest experts, researchers, academics and practitioners contribute where their roles have been confirmed.

Academic residency describes the learning arrangement and does not establish university enrollment, university teaching, degree credit or campus accommodation. The final cohort information will identify who teaches, where learning takes place and what accommodation is included.

Learning through field inquiry

Prepared engagements may include institutional or enterprise visits, researcher and practitioner discussions, professional panels, community-development dialogue and relevant exhibitions or forums. Each has a defined learning question and a structured debrief. A confirmed expert roundtable or case can replace an event when dates, access or suitability do not align.

The cohort may use several locations where the educational value justifies the travel. The final route will balance inquiry, accessibility, project time and recovery. You will receive the itinerary and included nights before committing; five weeks of programming does not itself determine flight days or hotel nights.

Professional dinners and cultural exchange can deepen conversation where arrangements are confirmed. They remain optional, with learning access addressed through the core daytime schedule. The sample design protects at least one full unscheduled rest day each weekend. A long transfer is not treated as a rest day.

Electives and sector emphasis

Choose a focused set of lenses relevant to your learning question.

The Immersion can support three or four priority sector lenses and greater comparative depth. The sample calendar demonstrates the breadth of possible inquiry; it does not mean every cohort receives a separate specialist tour in every sector.

Elective options can include enterprise growth, service design, responsible AI, data literacy, board governance, public budgeting, international trade literacy, sustainability, workforce development, healthcare coordination, food systems, tourism and nonprofit stewardship. The final schedule identifies the selected topics and their relationship to core learning.

Ask about Immersion cohorts

Your practical portfolio

Your individual portfolio will bring together a bounded question, evidence and stakeholder analysis, options, a proposed response or feasibility conclusion, resource assumptions, ethical considerations, practical next steps and meaningful measures. The comparative field appendix explains what you learned from different settings and what can realistically transfer to your own.

Two test and revision records show how your thinking developed. Tests may use prototypes, scenario models, simulations or other approved methods. A simulation is educational evidence with limits; it does not establish commercial viability, regulatory approval or permission to implement a real-world activity.

FWF issues its completion certificate after the published participation, assessment and integrity requirements are met. The certificate is not a university degree, academic credit, accreditation, professional license or university alumni status. The program does not guarantee funding, customers, business agreements, employment or project success.

Inquiry and application guidance

Applying and preparing

Applicants are considered for program fit, relevant readiness, practical learning purpose, constructive peer contribution and ability to participate in the full schedule. Professionals without employer sponsorship can apply. Worldwide consideration does not guarantee eligibility for entry to the United States or for every proposed activity.

If selected, you receive a conditional offer, written agreement, confirmed cohort details, inclusions and cancellation and refund terms. Full cleared payment follows acceptance of those terms and precedes formal acceptance and the invitation letter. Review the agreement’s treatment of visa refusal or delay, cancellation, material changes and travel disruption before payment.

The invitation letter confirms program facts and FWF’s agreed commitments. It does not guarantee a visa, entry, employment or a university affiliation. The appropriate permission depends on your circumstances and actual activities; no single visitor visa category is assumed suitable for everyone.

Ask about upcoming cohorts and application guidance

How applications are considered

FWF considers the fit between your goals and the selected format, the practical relevance of your proposed challenge, readiness for the curriculum, contribution to peer learning and ability to participate. Your application should help the review team understand what you want to learn and how you might use it.

A strong application explains a specific question in straightforward language. It acknowledges uncertainty and provides relevant examples of responsibility or experience. You do not need to promise a major business outcome or disclose confidential employer information.

Information to prepare

  • Your name and preferred contact details.

  • A concise summary of your professional, enterprise, research or community experience.

  • Your preferred program and availability.

  • Your learning goals and why the format suits them.

  • A brief description of a project, challenge or opportunity you want to examine.

  • Examples of collaboration, reflection or practical responsibility that show readiness.

Use public or nonconfidential information. Do not submit client, patient, employee or student records with your project description. Identity and travel documents should be provided only when requested through the appropriate secure process. Discuss accessibility and support needs through the designated private route rather than placing sensitive details in an academic statement.

The application journey

1 Explore your options

Compare the duration, format, fee, schedule and expected workload. Ask FWF for the current cohort information and check whether the learning purpose suits you. An inquiry or expression of interest does not reserve a place.

2 Submit an application through the confirmed route

Provide the information requested for the selected cohort. Use only the application route FWF identifies for that program. Submit at least 90 calendar days before the proposed start. FWF will communicate the review timetable for that cohort; the minimum lead time is not a completion guarantee, and submitting an application does not mean you have been admitted.

3 Complete the fit and readiness review

The review team may seek clarification or verify relevant information. Selection considers learning fit and readiness within the available places. Payment does not substitute for assessment or guarantee admission.

4 Review your conditional offer and agreement

If selected, you receive a conditional offer that identifies the program and conditions for enrollment. Review the confirmed dates, learning expectations, fee, package details, payment instructions, privacy and conduct information, accessibility arrangements, and cancellation and refund terms. Ask for clarification before accepting anything you do not understand.

5 Accept the terms and pay the full fee

After you accept the participant agreement, the full fee must clear through the approved payment process. Sponsor or split payments must together satisfy the full amount under the agreement. No payment should be requested before the complete written terms, including cancellation and refund provisions, are available and agreed.

6 Receive formal acceptance and the invitation letter where applicable

FWF issues formal acceptance only after the accepted agreement and full cleared payment are verified. For the US programs, the formal invitation letter follows the same sequence. A conditional selection offer is not the formal acceptance or invitation letter.

7 Complete onboarding and readiness checks

For the Academy, confirm the live schedule, platform access, technical readiness and project preparation. For US programs, complete the agreed travel, documentation, itinerary, insurance and accessibility arrangements. Follow the written responsibilities and booking instructions for the cohort.

Your questions answered

Immersion questions

How does the Immersion differ from the Intensive

The Immersion offers more time for comparative inquiry, two test and revision cycles and deeper portfolio development. The Intensive concentrates preparation, selected engagements and synthesis into two weeks.

Is every sector in the sample calendar guaranteed

No. The final cohort calendar selects a coherent mix based on learning goals, qualified contributors and confirmed access. A sector can be explored through a case or discussion without a physical site visit.

Will I perform work at a host organization

The program does not include employment, internships or productive work by default. Practical learning uses approved exercises, simulations, observation and discussion. Any activity with additional legal, immigration, safety or safeguarding implications requires specific review.

Does the fee include continuing coaching after the program

The offer covers the agreed program period. It does not create an entitlement to continuing consulting, post-program coaching or an ongoing service unless separately stated in the participant agreement.

Further questions: choosing a program

Can applicants from outside the United States apply

Yes. FWF welcomes applicants worldwide who meet the program’s published requirements. Selection does not establish eligibility for a visa, entry or every activity in a US itinerary.

Do I need to be a senior executive

A prestigious title is not required. Relevant responsibility, practical experience, a credible purpose and readiness to contribute matter more than status. There is no degree prerequisite; applicants must be at least 21 by the program start.

Can entrepreneurs freelancers and independent consultants apply

Yes. These backgrounds can provide a strong basis for participation. You can work on an enterprise, professional-practice, organizational or community question, using a supplied case when appropriate.

Do I need an employer sponsor or university degree

No. Neither an employer sponsor nor an educational degree is required. Applicants must be at least 21 by the program start and show relevant purpose and readiness.

Must I take the programs in sequence

No. Each is independent. Academy enrollment is not required for the Intensive or Immersion, and there is no automatic combined pathway or fee credit.

How many people are in a cohort

Each cohort has 20 participant places, supported by one cohort team leader and four mentors in four groups of five. Availability depends on the published cohort and admissions process.

Are programs available throughout the year

Yes. Applications are open year-round. The Academy and Intensive each plan six annual intakes: January, March, May, July, September and November. The Immersion plans one cohort in January–February, two in April–May, two in July–August and one in October–November. Exact dates remain subject to confirmation. Apply at least 90 calendar days before the proposed start; this minimum lead time does not guarantee processing completion or admission.

Further questions: learning and credentials

What makes the experience practical

You work on a focused question through cases, role-play, negotiations, simulations, evidence analysis, mentoring and portfolio development. US programs add prepared field inquiry and comparative learning where access is confirmed.

Will I meet professors researchers and industry leaders

The design draws on qualified academics, researchers, practitioners and business or community leaders. Individual contributors and affiliations will be announced only after their participation is confirmed. No named guest or exclusive introduction is promised in the sample calendars.

Are these university programs

FWF hosts the programs and issues its own completion certificate. Any educational venue or contributor arrangement will be described accurately. The current offer does not establish university enrollment, a university-issued qualification, credit, accreditation or alumni status.

Does academic residency mean living on a campus

No. It describes a concentrated learning block. Lodging may be a hotel or another approved arrangement. Campus accommodation and facility access are available only if specifically confirmed in the package.

What will I produce

An individual practical portfolio and decision briefing. The work includes a clear question, evidence, stakeholder analysis, options, resource assumptions, ethical considerations and next steps. US portfolios incorporate field learning, and the Immersion adds comparative inquiry and two test and revision records in the sample design.

Is the certificate automatic when I pay

No. FWF issues certificates only after the published completion requirements are met. The participation, assessment, integrity and review rules will be available before enrollment.

Can I use a confidential workplace problem

Use only information you are authorized to share. Remove identifying and sensitive details, or use a supplied case. Do not upload personal records or proprietary material merely because it is relevant to your project.

Are all listed electives visits and events included

No. The core learning sequence is supported by a selected menu of electives and confirmed engagements. A final calendar identifies the actual offer. Named hosts, exhibitions, dinners, facilities and cultural activities are not guaranteed by an illustrative calendar.

Further questions: fees applications and travel

What do the US fees include

International flights, food, lodging, transportation and program costs under the agreed package. Personal shopping is excluded. Exact travel boundaries and all other inclusion or responsibility questions will be resolved in writing before payment.

Are visa fees insurance or a private room included

Those details are not fixed in the general offer. Check the cohort’s approved inclusion schedule rather than assuming they are included or excluded.

When do I pay and receive an invitation

After selection, you first receive a conditional offer and full written terms. You then accept the agreement and pay the full fee. Formal acceptance and the US invitation letter follow verification of full cleared payment and the accepted agreement.

What if I need program information before paying

Ask for a factual program description and conditional offer. These are distinct from the formal acceptance and invitation letter.

Does an invitation guarantee a visa or entry

No. Neither invitation, admission nor payment guarantees a visa or entry. Appropriate permissions depend on individual circumstances and actual activities. FWF does not prescribe one visa category as suitable for every participant.

What happens if a visa is refused or delayed

The written terms provided before payment will explain the applicable options and financial consequences. No automatic refund, forfeiture or deferral is promised in this general information.

Are scholarships installment plans or discounts available

None is included in the current published offer. Ask FWF whether a separately approved arrangement is available, and rely only on written confirmation.

Is admission guaranteed if I can pay

No. Admission depends on readiness, fit and available places. Financial arrangements are separate from the assessment of your application.

Further questions: participation and support

Can I request accessibility or dietary arrangements

Yes. Discuss functional needs privately before committing. FWF will confirm what can be arranged for the particular cohort and itinerary. Do not assume that every venue or activity can provide the same accommodation.

Are evenings and weekends compulsory

Required learning and optional activities will be distinguished in the confirmed schedule. Optional dinners and cultural activities do not determine completion credit. The sample US design protects a full unscheduled rest day each weekend.

Will I undertake community service or work at a host site

Not by default. Community dialogue, service-learning simulations and observation can be part of the design. Actual service, productive work or restricted activities require specific permissions and review and should not be assumed lawful merely because unpaid.

Must I agree to photographs testimonials or public sharing

No. Publicity choices are separate from learning participation. Images, recordings, testimonials and public showcases require appropriate consent. You can decline publicity without losing access or completion credit.

How do I raise a concern

Use the program contact and escalation routes supplied in your participant information. An alternative route will be identified if the concern involves your primary contact. Academic decisions and safety or care concerns use their respective published processes.

Can FWF guarantee a business deal job or funding

No. The programs support learning, judgment and constructive exchange. Commercial, employment, funding and organizational outcomes depend on factors beyond the program.

What should I do next

Compare the three formats, identify your learning question and ask FWF for current cohort information and the confirmed application route. Review all written terms before accepting a place or making payment.

Ask about upcoming cohorts and application guidance

Apply or ask about the Immersion

Start your executive program application and select the US Executive Leadership Immersion. Applications are accepted throughout the year. Request dates at least 90 calendar days ahead. Share your background, motivation, expected learning and proposed contribution in one concise statement.

Your initial application begins review; it does not reserve a place, confirm dates or create a payment obligation. Exact cohort dates and arrangements must be confirmed. Do not send payment or sensitive documents with an initial application.

Ask a question about the Immersion

Program inquiries: programs@feelworldwidefoundation.org

Tell us which program interests you, your preferred year and intake window, your country or time zone, and a short description of what you hope to learn. An inquiry is free of any enrollment commitment and does not reserve a place or guarantee admission. Do not send payment, passport copies, medical details or other sensitive documents with an initial inquiry. If you need accessibility, language, privacy or complaint support, ask for the appropriate private handling route before sharing sensitive details.

Fee and inclusions

Fee and package

The fee is USD 44,000 per participant. It covers international flights, food, lodging, transportation and program costs under the agreed package. Personal shopping is excluded.

Before payment, the inclusion schedule will state the departure and return arrangements, flight and baggage provisions, room occupancy, included nights, meals, transport and program services. It will also explain insurance, visa-related charges, optional outings, special assistance, personal extensions and responsibility for disruptions. Those boundaries must be agreed in writing; no unresolved item should be treated as automatically included or excluded.

Accommodation may be a contracted hotel or another approved option. Campus lodging is available only where specifically arranged and confirmed. The residency label does not include student services or unrestricted campus access.

Sponsorship and financial arrangements

You may apply with or without an employer or organizational sponsor. Any sponsor arrangement must identify the payer and satisfy the agreed payment conditions. A sponsor’s involvement does not automatically give them access to confidential coaching notes, project material or personal information.

No scholarship, discount, subsidy, installment entitlement or fee credit between programs is included in the published offer. Any separately available arrangement must be confirmed in writing by FWF.

No fees are collected with an initial application. Confirmed arrangements and reviewed participant, cancellation and refund terms will be supplied before any paid commitment.

Official applications, payments and letters

FWF does not authorize consultants, agents, travel agents or other third parties to collect executive-program fees on its behalf. Never pay a program fee to a personal account, in cash to an intermediary, or through an unverified payment link.

Employer or institutional sponsors may pay FWF directly for a participant through the official payment process when available.

Program inquiries and applications must begin on www.feelworldwidefoundation.org. Program administration uses this official website and FWF’s designated email channels. Any future program payment must be initiated through the official website’s secure checkout when available. Initial applications are accepted through the executive program application. No payment is requested or due.

Official offer, final acceptance and invitation letters will be sent only from info@feelworldwidefoundation.org or akasi@feelworldwidefoundation.org. A sender address alone is not proof of authenticity: email can be spoofed. Verify unexpected payment requests or letters by typing the official website address yourself and contacting akasi@feelworldwidefoundation.org. Do not rely on links or contact details supplied in a suspicious message.

Can an agent collect my fee or guarantee a place or visa?

No. No consultant, agent, travel agent or other intermediary is authorized to collect FWF executive-program fees or guarantee admission, an invitation, a visa or entry. Contact FWF directly through its official channels before acting on any such claim.

What the longer format adds

  • An opening academic and professional learning block to establish a common analytical foundation.

  • More time to compare how public institutions, enterprises and community organizations operate in their own contexts.

  • Two structured test and revision cycles using an appropriate prototype, model, simulation or feasibility study.

  • Protected studios for evidence review, mentor feedback, resource planning and writing.

  • A more developed individual portfolio with a comparative field appendix and a record of how your recommendation changed.

  • An individual defense and cohort showcase that communicate both your conclusions and their limitations.

The value of five weeks lies in the depth of inquiry and development. The number of cities or high-profile meetings is not a measure of the program’s quality.

Who can join?

Who will benefit

The Immersion is suited to professionals whose learning question benefits from sustained attention and comparison. You may be considering a significant service improvement, developing an enterprise or independent practice, evaluating a partnership, or exploring an economic or community-development opportunity.

You should be ready to examine your assumptions, work with a mixed cohort and devote time to both field inquiry and independent analysis. The longer format creates room for revision rather than requiring you to commit to the first attractive idea.

Bring a credible purpose and a willingness to contribute

FWF considers applicants worldwide from a broad range of professional and independent backgrounds. You may work in business, entrepreneurship, government, nonprofit leadership, education, research, healthcare administration, agriculture, tourism, technology, the creative economy or a related field.

An employer sponsor, formal employment contract or prestigious title is not inherently required. Independent work, relevant project experience and a credible learning purpose can demonstrate readiness. Applicants should be prepared for active learning, constructive feedback, individual project work and respectful participation in a mixed cohort.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old by the program start. There is no educational-degree prerequisite. Relevant experience, a meaningful learning purpose, readiness and the ability to benefit and contribute remain part of selection. An employer sponsor is not required.

The programs are delivered in English. If language support would help a relevant applicant participate, FWF will explore translation or interpretation case by case, subject to availability and suitability. The scope and practical arrangements must be agreed before enrollment; support is not guaranteed and no automatic additional translation charge is imposed by this offer. Any proposed service or cost change requires clear prior agreement. English proficiency is assessed in relation to participation, with agreed support taken into account.

Confirmed schedule and travel requirements will be stated before enrollment. Admission is subject to suitability and capacity. US participation also depends on applicable entry requirements and the activities included in the confirmed program.
